Answers at last—with precise surgical care to help you move beyond pain.
Many women spend years being told that their pain is normal. I diagnose and surgically treat endometriosis and other complex gynaecological conditions using advanced laparoscopic and robotic techniques—helping you find relief and regain your quality of life. My other areas of expertise include fibroids, ovarian cysts and abnormal menstrual bleeding. I also provide hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgical support for women undergoing fertility treatment, working closely with fertility specialists to deliver coordinated, personalised care.
I am a Consultant Gynaecologist at the Stockport Endometriosis Centre — a regional tertiary referral service accredited by the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy — and I see private patients at Spire Manchester Hospital.
My practice is built on advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery for complex benign gynaecology: deep infiltrating endometriosis, large fibroids, and conditions that other services find difficult to treat. Having first trained as a gynaecological oncologist, I bring the discipline of complex cancer surgery to minimally invasive care — precise, careful, and focused on your recovery.
Specialist surgery for the conditions that disrupt women’s lives
From endometriosis and fibroids to ovarian cysts and heavy periods — diagnosed accurately and treated with the least invasive approach that will work.
Complex endometriosis, treated by a full team
Advanced endometriosis can involve the bowel, bladder and ureters. Treating it safely takes more than one surgeon. At the BSGE-accredited Stockport Endometriosis Centre, I lead surgery alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team of colorectal and urological surgeons, specialist nurses, radiologists and pain specialists.
- Deep infiltrating endometriosis — excision surgery with colorectal & urology input where the disease has spread.
- Adenomyosis & chronic pelvic pain — accurate diagnosis and a plan that actually addresses the cause.
- Fertility-aware surgery — preserving healthy tissue and options wherever possible.
- Robotic & laparoscopic excision — smaller incisions, less pain, quicker recovery.

Raising awareness of endometriosis
Endometriosis affects around one in ten women, yet many wait years for a diagnosis. I speak publicly to help women recognise the symptoms sooner and know that effective specialist treatment exists.
