Minimally invasive by default
Wherever it is safe and appropriate, I use keyhole (laparoscopic) or robotic (da Vinci) surgery rather than open operations. For you, that generally means smaller incisions, less post-operative pain, a lower risk of complications, and a faster return to normal life — often going home the same day or the next.
